The beauty with downtown Seattle is that there are endless opportunities for brilliant locations and with that opportunities for unique compositions. For Kelsey & Hunter’s engagement session we decided to start at Pike Place Market and to venture around the area and down to the pier. I loved having the freedom to do this for an engagement session because often times on the wedding day we don’t have a chance to wander around as much. With zero plans in mind we just walked around talking about our lives, and their wedding plans; all the while in search for beautiful light. We were in luck, and found some great light in the market where all the flowers are sold. We watched a beautiful winter sunset on the pier, with the Seattle Ferris wheel spinning in the background, and we just waited for the city lights to flick on for the evening.seattle-pier-downtown-engagement-session-1seattle-pier-downtown-engagement-session-3seattle-pier-downtown-engagement-session-2seattle-pier-downtown-engagement-session-5seattle-pier-downtown-engagement-session-4 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-6 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-7 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-8 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-9 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-10 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-11 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-12 seattle-pike-place-market-engagement-session-13 seattle-pier-downtown-cityscape-engagement-session-15 seattle-pier-downtown-cityscape-engagement-session-16
