John and Sarah’s Washington Arboretum engagement session was probably the most perfectly timed shoot I have ever photographed. Perfectly timed in that the spring cherry blossom trees had just started to loose their pedals which blanketed the ground; but not so much that the branches looked bare. The light shone through the trees as we chased the sunset. We were perfectly comfortable in light attire on this the warm evening exploring the Washington Arboretum. I throughly enjoyed this springtime session and it was an memorable first visit to the arboretum. I am already hoping to return to this dreamy place it was a great location suggestion – Thanks, John and Sarah!
