If I could only use one photo to tell the story of Jenny and Nick’s proposal it would be the photo above. Nick got down on one knee and proposed that they come together to spend the rest of their lives together. Like the tree’s in the background they two have come together to become one and share their lives together forever.

I photograph an engagement session for every wedding client I have, but I don’t always get to photograph every couples actual proposal and the moment they become engaged. For Nick and Jenny that is exactly what I got to do. Never before had I been so excited, nervous, and happy. I let the pictures speak for themselves but the location, people, and weather was absolutely perfect for this sunset proposal in West Seattle’s Alki Beach. With Seattle looking golden in the back ground it was the perfect back drop for me to capture a moment these two will never forget.
